Empowering civil society to fight organised crime
Inspired by the example of Italy – “the country of Mafia, but also anti-Mafia” – Fabrice Rizzoli founded the French association Crim’HALT a decade ago with the aim of giving victims of organised crime a role in fighting back, notably against the scurge of drug-trafficking.
